How to make a booking

Download a booking form

Once you have confirmed with Travel and Trek that the trip you wish to go on is still going, download the booking form. Complete the details and return it to Travel and Trek with the deposit.

Booking forms may be completed on line and sent back as an attachment to an e-mail or by hand and sent by post (the postal address is on the booking form).

Deposits for all treks (less Bhutan) is £120. Details of how this can be paid are on the booking form. Deposits for Bhutan is US$300 plus the full airfare for the Druk Air flight (this will differ depending on where you access Bhutan from); go to the webpage getting to Bhutan for more details.
